What forms of payments do we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Apple pay.
How can I place a custom order?
To make a custom order contact us at: Contactb18@b18designs.com with a picture of the desire design, and the details of how you want it.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders take 1 to 2 business days to be processed because they are made on demand. Bulk orders take 7 to 14 days depending on the custom design and the number of caps.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns because we make the hat when you place the order.
What if my order is damaged?
If you received a damage order; you have 3 days to send us a picture of the damage hat/cap to Contactb18@b18designs.com and we will send a replacement.
